Tandoori Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken legHalf cup yogurt2 teaspoon ginger past1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon cinnamon powder1 teaspoon paprikaPinch of red and orange food color1/4 cup oil 1 tablespoon ghee1 tea spoon waterHalf teaspoon nutmeg powder1 teaspoon garlic past1 tea spoon roasted and finely grinded cumin ( jeera) powderSalt to taste1 coalGhee1 and half tea spoon home made masala
For the masala 2/3 red chilies4/5 all spice1 tablespoon cumin4/5 cardamom pods1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon mace 9-10 cloves
4 chicken leg
Half cup yogurt
2 teaspoon ginger past
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Pinch of red and orange food color
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon ghee
1 tea spoon water
Half teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon garlic past
1 tea spoon roasted and finely grinded cumin ( jeera) powder
Salt to taste
1 coal
Ghee
1 and half tea spoon home made masala
For the masala
2/3 red chilies
4/5 all spice
1 tablespoon cumin
4/5 cardamom pods
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mace
9-10 cloves
METHOD
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients above.
2. Take a burning coal in a small metal to give the smoke.
3. Set it over the chicken.
4. Give the ghee over the coal and Cover the bowl for 10 minutes.
5. Now take out the coal and cover the bowl with plastic and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours .
6.Heat the chicken for 25 minutes in oven (400 degree FH).
