Chicken Tangri Kabab, Chicken Lag Kabab
INGREDIENTS
Six chicken legtwo teaspoon ginger pasteone tea spoon hot masala powderone teaspoon garlic paste1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powderone teaspoon red chili powderone teaspoon green chili pasteone teaspoon paprika1/3 cup oilone teaspoon salt
Six chicken leg
two teaspoon ginger paste
one tea spoon hot masala powder
one teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
one teaspoon red chili powder
one teaspoon green chili paste
one teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup oil
one teaspoon salt
METHOD
1. Take 6 piece of chicken leg.
2. Then marinate with all the ingredients mentioned.
3. Marinate the chicken for at least 12 hours. And keep it in refrigerator .
4. Give some oil on the burning coal.
5. Cover the entire bowl for 8-10 minutes .
6. Bake the chicken in Oven for 20 minutes at 400 Degree FH.
7. Then broil another 18-20 minutes .
