Chicken Roast recipe

 

 INGREDIENTS 

6 pieces of chicken 2 tablespoons ginger paste 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1/3 small onion paste 2 small cinnamon sticks 1/2 small sour yogurt,
water 1 tablespoon Salt 1/2 tablespoons sugar
Oil 2 tablespoons ghee 2 teaspoons special spices Special spices 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon long powder 1/2 teaspoon white rose pepper powder 1 large cardamom / black cardamom powder



 Method 

1. The chicken will be 6 pieces. Put ginger juice on the chicken and fry it well in oil. 2. In the same oil, fry with cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves.
3. Fry with onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste.
4. Add a little water and season with salt.
5. Give the chickens. 6. Lightly smooth the curd with a spoon cut with a little water.
7. Add raisin paste, poppy seed paste, potato bokhara, chilli. 8. Cover and cook a little longer.
9. Add sugar and cook for a while. Stir frequently, otherwise it will burn down.
Serve with special spices. Spread ghee on top with bitter water.
