Fried chicken Recipe

   


 INGREDIENTS 

5 pieces of chicken drumstick
1 egg
Half cup of flour
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/3 cup of milk
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup of rice flour
1/4 cup of Corn flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tea spoon Chili powder
1/2 tea spoon white pepper powder
1/2 tea spoon baking powder




 METHOD 

1. Marinate the chicken with this ingredient for 2 hour.
    1 teaspoon garlic paste
    1 teaspoon ginger paste
    1/3 cup of milk
    1 teaspoon black pepper powder
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon Sugar
    1 teaspoon Salt

2. Take the chicken pieces and coat in the coating mixture. 
3. Soak them all into water.
4. Now Again coat them.
5. Rest the chicken pieces in to refrigerator for at least half an hour.
6. place the chicken pieces into heat oil .
7. Fry them for 10 to 15 minute.
