Fried chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS
5 pieces of chicken drumstick1 eggHalf cup of flour1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon ginger paste1/3 cup of milk1 teaspoon black pepper powder1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon Sugar1 teaspoon Salt2/3 cup of rice flour1/4 cup of Corn flour1 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon ginger powder1 tea spoon Chili powder1/2 tea spoon white pepper powder1/2 tea spoon baking powder

1 egg
Half cup of flour
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/3 cup of milk
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup of rice flour
1/4 cup of Corn flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tea spoon Chili powder
1/2 tea spoon white pepper powder
1/2 tea spoon baking powder
METHOD
1. Marinate the chicken with this ingredient for 2 hour.

1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/3 cup of milk
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2. Take the chicken pieces and coat in the coating mixture.
3. Soak them all into water.
4. Now Again coat them.
5. Rest the chicken pieces in to refrigerator for at least half an hour.
6. place the chicken pieces into heat oil .
7. Fry them for 10 to 15 minute.
