Chicken Curry Recipe

 


 INGREDIENTS 

1kg chicken pieces
2 medium size Fried Onion
2 tablespoon onion paste
2 teaspoon ginger paste
2 teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoon masala powder
2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
Oil

 For the masala 
3 Dry red chilies
Cumin seed 1 tablespoon
Green cardamom 4-5
Black pepper powder half teaspoon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon Kabab Chini
1 teaspoon fennel 
1 teaspoon Mace 
1 black cardamom

 Dry roast the masala. 
 Then grind them into a fine powder. 




 METHOD 

1. Until golden brown fry the onion.
2. Add garam masalas and fry.
3. Now add onion, garlic paste, fried onion, water,
 chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
4. Fry well and add water.
5. Now add the chicken pieces.
6. cover the lid . Cook on medium flame for 30 minutes.
7. Let the chicken to be cooked in chicken’s own released water.
8. After 30 minutes add little water and cook the chicken well. 
9. Give the masala powder and cover the lid .
10. Turn off the stove and keep it for 5 minute.
