Chicken Curry Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken pieces2 medium size Fried Onion2 tablespoon onion paste2 teaspoon ginger paste2 teaspoon garlic paste2 teaspoon masala powder2 teaspoon red chili powder1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon saltOil
For the masala 3 Dry red chiliesCumin seed 1 tablespoonGreen cardamom 4-5Black pepper powder half teaspoon1 teaspoon allspice1 teaspoon Kabab Chini1 teaspoon fennel 1 teaspoon Mace 1 black cardamom
Dry roast the masala. Then grind them into a fine powder.

Dry roast the masala.
Then grind them into a fine powder.
METHOD
1. Until golden brown fry the onion.
2. Add garam masalas and fry.
3. Now add onion, garlic paste, fried onion, water,
chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.

4. Fry well and add water.
5. Now add the chicken pieces.
6. cover the lid . Cook on medium flame for 30 minutes.
7. Let the chicken to be cooked in chicken’s own released water.
8. After 30 minutes add little water and cook the chicken well.
9. Give the masala powder and cover the lid .
10. Turn off the stove and keep it for 5 minute.
