Oats omelette

 


 INGREDIENTS 

3 tablespoon oats
1 tablespoon milk
4 egg
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
2 tablespoon onion crumbs
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon capsicum powder
2 tablespoon carrot crumbs
tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
Olive oil quantitively


 METHOD 

1. Take three tablespoons of oats in a pot. 
2. Give one tablespoon of milk. 
3. Leave it like this for five minutes.
4. Break four eggs in another pot.
5. Sprinkle salt and a little chili powder to taste.
6. Add two tablespoons of chopped onion.
7. Now take one tablespoon of chili powder, one tablespoon of capsicum, two tablespoons of carrot, two tablespoons of tomato powder, a little coriander leaves.

8. Mix the ingredients well with the oats soaked in milk.
9. Now put a little olive oil in a pan. 
10. Pour the egg mixture in it and cover it with a lid. 
11. Cook for 7 minutes. 
12. Turn it over. 
13. Leave it like this for one to two minutes. Then Turn off the stove.
