Egg curry

 


 INGREDIENTS 

5 boiled eggs
3 green cardamoms
1 medium Potatoes
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
3 small sticks of cinnamon
1 teaspoon onion paste
1 teaspoon fried cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup of coconut milk (mix it with 1/3 cup if water)
2 Green and red chilies


 METHOD 

1. Marinate the boiled eggs with rub turmeric , chili powder and salt.
2. Keep the eggs for an hour.
3. Give oil on frying pan.
4. Fry the eggs in the oil until crispy and lightly brown. 
5. Fry the potatoes on other pan.
6. In same oil add masala, onion paste , ginger paste and garlic paste.
7. Cook with water. and add the chili, turmeric powder and salt.
8. Give the cauliflower and potato. 
9. Add eggs and water.
10. Give coconut milk and the red, green chilies.
11. Add little sugar.
12. Now turn off the stove.
